Build Muscle Fast
There are a couple of key rules you need to follow if you really want to build muscle fast. I don't care if you're skinny, fat or anywhere in between. The rules still apply. Of course you know that you have got to lift heavy weights right? That is a no brainer. You're not going to grow a huge set of pectorals by jogging. You've got to lift weights.
Two absolute must follow rules for building muscle fast:
- 1) Focus on the intensity of your training. It has been proven over and over again. Just ask a professional football player or one of their trainers. The most effective way to stimulate massive muscle growth is to make your weightlifting explosive. Lift heavy weights and lift them with as much intensity as you can muster. Your body has a natural biological and evolutionary response to your intense exertions. It's called building muscle fast. Not just any muscle either. It stimulates building huge muscles capable of handling the enormous task of pushing those heavy weights. You literally tell your DNA that it must produce massive muscle gains immediately in order for you to adapt to that environment. Every man is limited to their ultimate size based on their heredity. The quickest way of finding your own limit is weight training as intensely as possible. Training continuously can work against you if your muscles haven't had the necessary recovery time. It is far more important to train intensely then allow those muscles to repair and reinforce.
- 2) The other must follow rule in order to build muscle fast is to making sure you get enough quality protein in steady amounts throughout the day. You need that protein delivered throughout your day. The amount you eat obviously depends on your current size. Just make sure that you get adequate amounts all day long. I like to snack on hardboiled egg whites with a few almonds. They are a great combo for building muscle. Make yourself a protein snack list.
5 Other tips for building muscle as fast as possible:
- Use protein supplements - Slam a protein shake before a lifting session
- Lift to exhaustion. Make sure you keep the weight heavy enough where the reps are limited.
- Supplement with omega 3. This stuff is vital for fast recovery.
- Make sure you are controlling the weight as you lift it.
- Perform exercises that stimulate the big muscles like squats, seated rows and incline bench presses.
Take your muscle building to a new level and commit to serious bodybuilding.
