- Clean up your body fluids by replacing your normal drinks with purified H2O. Not only will you lessen overall caloric consumption but you also decrease the number of harmful toxins in your body. Getting toxins out of your liver should help it metabolize fat more efficiently.
- Switch from eating processed supermarket starchy foods to more traditional high protein foods. The protein is normally digested at a slower pace than the processed carbohydrates in most boxed foods. It also tends to elicit less of an insulin response than those foods typically do.
